SAY NO TO CAR

Meidän hankkeen haasteena huhti-touko-kesäkuun aikana oli "sano ei autolla. Alla kuvia ja kommentteja  Zöld Peter -lippukunnalta.

 

 

 

Say no to car

 

Our scout group tries to travel as little as possible with cars or motor vehicles. As soon as we can sunny we start to go to work with bicycles, but only if the weather is nice and sunny. Unfortunately the weather is not with us recently so in this rainy weather we use public transport and we try to reduce the release of the toxins and harmful substance into the air. A bit late, but our country also introduced the so called Green Day, which already works in several other countries; so every Friday we do nature-friendly activities. On these days we pay special attention on not to use any motor vehicles. The collection of recyclable plastic bottles has been introduced by supermarkets; the value of these PET bottles can be redeemed to for meal tickets. Within our group we organise the collection and the sale of PET bottles several time. From the purchased meal tickets we buy food for families in need.

Meidän partioryhmä pyrkii matkustamaan autolla mahdollisimman vähän. Niin pian kuin aurinko paistaa, me menemme töihin pyörällä, mutta vain jos sää on hyvä ja aurinkoinen. Valitettavasti sää on viime aikoina ollut sateinen ja olemme käyttäneet julkista liikennettä. Me pyrimme vähentämään päästöjä ja haitallisia ilmastovaikutuksia. Meidän maassamme on Green Day, joka perjantai harrastamme luontoystävällisiä aktiviteetteja. Erityisesti niinä päivinä kiinnitämme erityistä huomiota moottorien käytön vähentämiseen. 

Supermarketeissa on aloitettu muovipullojen kierrätys ja keräys, pullojen pantti voidaan vaihtaa ateriakuponkeihin. Meidän partion ryhmä on järjestänyt pullojen keräyksen monta kertaa ja olemme myyneet pullot. Ateriakupongeilla olemme ostaneet ruokaa apua tarvitseville perheille.
